Cover bottom of 9 x 13 dish with 1 can crescent rolls.
Brown sausage (1 pound mild and 1 pound hot).
Mix sausage, cheese and eggs together.
Spread on top of rolls.
Put second can of crescent rolls on top of mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
