Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage (hot), 6 to 8 eggs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 small pkg. mozzarella cheese and 1 can crescent rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place crescent rolls in a casserole dish.
Brown sausage; drain and sprinkle over rolls.
Mix 6 to 8 eggs; add little milk and pour over sausage.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
