Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices white bread, 1 lb. sausage, 6 eggs, 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Break up bread and put in casserole.
Brown sausage; drain off fat.
Put sausage on top of bread and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together.
Make sure eggs are well beaten.
Pour over sausage mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
