Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, crusts removed and buttered on one side, 1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and drained, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Line the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan with slices of bread, buttered side up.
Spread the browned sausage evenly over the bread.
Sprinkle the cheese over the sausage, then mix the remaining ingredients together and spread over the cheese. Chill overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
