Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 beaten eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 lb. sausage and 1 c. cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Fry sausage and drain.
Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan and spread croutons in bottom.
Sprinkle sausage over croutons.
Pour milk mixture over sausage.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove and let stand 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
