Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage or bacon, 6 to 8 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute sausage or bacon and drain.
Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole and put bread cubes in bottom of casserole.
Crumble sausage or bacon over bread.
Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt together and pour over meat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
(Takes about an hour whether frozen or not.)
Serves 8.
