Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, browned, 6 eggs, beaten, 2 c. milk, 2 slices white bread, crumbled and 1 tsp. coleman's dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine and place in 8 x 8-inch casserole pan and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
This can easily be doubled, but cooking time will be longer.
We have this every Christmas morning!
