Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean mild sausage, 3 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 1/4 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated and 9 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown sausage and drain between paper towels.
Layer sausage on bottom of casserole. Put cheeses on top, then the green chilies.
Combine eggs, milk and flour until well blended. Pour liquid over the mixture.
Decorate top with strips of green chilies.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm.
