Tear bread into pieces and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Dot with butter.
Cover with cheese and ham.
Mix all other ingredients thoroughly.
Pour over bread, cheese and ham.
Let set overnight or 8 hours in refrigerator.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until knife test in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
