Crumble and cook sausage in a fry pan.
Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard.
In a greased baking dish, layer bread, sausage and cheese.
Pour egg mixture over top of ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
