Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices white bread, crusts removed and buttered on one side, 1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and drained, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Line bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish with the bread slices, buttered side up.
Spread the cooked sausage over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients together and spread over the cheese.
Chill overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
