Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cubed bread (french is best), 2 c. shredded cheese, 2 c. egg substitute, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 qt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and arrange bread cubes along bottom. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Mix egg substitute, eggs, milk, mustard, Worcestershire and pepper.
Pour evenly over bread. Sprinkle with bacon or sausage chunks, onions, mushrooms and tomato.
Cover and chill for 12 to 24 hours.
Heat oven to 325Β° and bake for 1 hour or until set.
