Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 6 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 5 slices white bread, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown sausage and drain.
Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Put bread crumbs, sausage and cheese in dish.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Can be mixed the night before, stored in the refrigerator and baked in the morning.
