Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, buttered bread (crust removed), 10 eggs or egg substitute to equal 10 eggs, 1/2 c. sour cream and 4 oz. can green chilies, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook sausage; crumble and drain well.
Line a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish with buttered bread, buttered side down. Layer sausage over bread.
In blender, beat 10 eggs and 1/2 cup sour cream.
Pour over sausage and bread.
In blender chop green chilies.
Pour over eggs (or spoon).
Top with Cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight.
Cook at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until puffed and browned.
