Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, broken in pieces, 1 lb. sausage, browned, drained and chopped, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 6 eggs, beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Place bread pieces in pan. Sprinkle browned and drained sausage over bread.
Add grated cheese, then add beaten eggs to milk, onion and pepper.
Pour over mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes until brown on top.
Let set 15 minutes before cutting. Serves 9.
