Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (swiss or mozzarella), 6 slices white bread, cubed, 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled, 4 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Layer first 3 ingredients in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole. Beat eggs, milk and mustard.
Pour over top and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Bake at 325Β°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
