Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 slices cubed bread (crusts removed), 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, fried and drained, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Cover the bottom of pan with the cubed bread.
Cover this layer with cheese and pork sausage. Beat the eggs and combine with the milk and dry mustard.
Pour over the meat and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, bake in a 350Β° oven for 60 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with muffins and fresh fruit.
