Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 slices of bread, cubed, 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 lb. cooked sausage or cubed ham, 3 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place bread cubes in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan; sprinkle with 1/2 cheese, then crumbled sausage or ham.
Beat eggs; add milk and spices.
Pour over ingredients in pan and sprinkle rest of cheese over.
Drizzle melted butter over all. Refrigerate overnight.
Cover loosely with foil and bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until eggs are set.
Serves 6 (x 4 for "Firehouse serving).
