Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 1 c. quick grits, 2 tsp. salt, 4 eggs, beaten and 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Grease 3-quart long baking dish. Boil water and salt; gradually add grits. Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Gradually add grits to beaten eggs. Return to saucepan. Add sausage, cheese, milk and margarine. Blend well and pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour.
