Breakfast Casserole

Crumble sausage in pan; brown and drain grease from sausage. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with single layer of white bread slices.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard together.
Pour over bread in pan.
Sprinkle browned sausage over eggs and bread.
Top with grated cheese.
Refrigerate a couple of hours or overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
