Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage, 1 lb. medium cheddar cheese, grated, 8 oz. evaporated milk, 6 eggs and white bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown sausage.
Pour off grease and drain well.
Cut crusts off bread; butter on one side and lay in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle sausage over bread and cheese over sausage.
In blender, combine eggs, milk, water and salt.
Blend together.
Pour over other ingredients; cover and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and let stand for 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 350Β°.
Then uncover and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
