Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 16 slices bread, edges trimmed off, 2 c. ham, cubed (leftover ham is great), 1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese and 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Butter 8 slices bread on one side; put butter side down in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put ham and cheese on bread.
Layer with remainder of bread.
Pour beaten eggs on top of bread.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
May be made night before.
