Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. herb croutons, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 lb. mild bulk sausage, 4 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk (reserve 1/2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown sausage and drain.
Spread the sausage on the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle the croutons evenly on top. Beat eggs, 2 cups milk and mustard together. Pour over sausage. Add 1/4 to 1/2 of the reserved milk to the soup. Pour over mix. Bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
