Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices of bread, 1 lb. sausage, 1 c. grated sharp cheese, 6 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Tear bread into bite size pieces and place in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
Brown and drain sausage.
Spoon over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in dish.
Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes Cheese will rise to top.
Mixture can be prepared night before and stored in refrigerator.
Bake right before serving.
