Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons (pepperidge farm), 4 c. cheese, grated, 2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained and 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put croutons in bottom of casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese; add sausage and beaten eggs.
Mix milk, dry mustard and soup; pour over previous layers.
Sprinkle mushrooms over soup mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
