Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 12 eggs, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In bowl, beat eggs, butter and milk together.
In a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish, layer bread cubes, half of cheese, sausage and mushrooms.
Pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
For glass dish, bake at 325°. Serves 8 to 10 people.
