Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, crusts removed, 1 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 5 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Butter bread, cut in quarters and place in bottom of 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Brown sausage.
Drain and crumble the sausage.
Sprinkle sausage over bread.
Cover sausage with Cheddar cheese.
Mix together the eggs, milk and dry mustard.
Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
