Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sausage, 6 slices light bread, 5 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown sausage and drain.
Butter light bread on both sides and line bottom of casserole dish.
Beat eggs and milk.
Sprinkle sausage over bread.
Pour egg mixture over sausage and bread. Spread cheese over this and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 35 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Can be frozen unbaked for up to 2 months.
