Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. jar cheese spread, 1/4 lb. oleo, soft, slices old bread, 6 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter and cheese.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with bread slices.
Spread cheese mix over bread.
Put on a layer of meat. Beat eggs, add milk and mix together.
Pour over meat; put another layer of bread on top.
Bake 1 hour at 325Β° until puffy and brown. Can be fixed at night and baked in the morning.
