Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained, 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 6 eggs, beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown sausage.
Tear up 4 slices of bread and place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
Pour over mixture in the dish.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
The cheese will rise to the top.
This can be made the night before, refrigerated and baked the next morning. Serves 6 to 8.
