Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked sausage, 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese, 8 slices white bread (trim off crusts), 3 or 4 eggs depending on size (can use more eggs if desired) and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
Place bread in pan as a liner in bottom.
Sprinkle cheese and sausage over.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
Chill overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
