Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, slightly beaten, 6 slices white bread, cubed, 2 c. milk, salt and pepper to taste and 1 1/2 lb. mild sausage, browned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry sausage; drain and let it get cold.
Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350° and set casserole out on counter for about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
This is great for company!
