Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, ham or bacon, 1 doz. eggs, 3 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 4 slices chopped up bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat in pan.
Crumble up and drain off fat.
Chop or tear bread into small pieces.
Grate cheese.
Beat eggs; add milk and salt.
Spray 9 x 12-inch pan with Pam.
Combine meat, bread, cheese and egg mixture in large bowl.
Pour into pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Makes 12 servings.
