Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices crustless bread, with butter on bottom, 6 slices velveeta cheese, 6 slices ham, 6 slices bread, crustless with butter on top and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place the bread with the butter on the bottom in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put 1 slice of cheese of each slice of bread.
Put 1 slice of ham of each slice of cheese.
Put the remaining 6 slices of bread with butter on the top over the cheese.
Beat the eggs.
Add milk and pour over casserole.
Top with crushed potato chips or corn flakes.
Let set overnight.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
