Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, 1 lb. bulk sausage, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, 2 c. milk and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Break up bread slices and place in greased casserole dish (13 x 9-inch).
Brown and drain sausage; spoon over bread.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
Pour in baking dish over sausage.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cheese will rise to top while baking.
