Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk hot sausage, 6 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1 scant tsp. dry mustard or a few dashes of hot sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute sausage.
Drain.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Line 13 x 9-inch baking dish with bread.
Top with sausage, then cheese.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Cover tightly.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve immediately.
