Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 3 c. monterey jack cheese, shredded, 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained, 6 eggs and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine eggs, milk, half and half and mustard.
Blend well. Layer bread, cheese and sausage in a large casserole.
Pour egg mixture over layers.
Refrigerate overnight.
Pour soup over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or microwave on High for 2 minutes, then at 70% for 20 minutes.
