Beat eggs and milk together.
Combine dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Add to egg and milk mixture.
Line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish with bread.
Cover with sausage.
Pour egg mixture over sausage.
Top with grated cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Can freeze up to 6 weeks.
