Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 c. milk, 6 slices bread (crust removed), butter one side, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Make night before.
Grease 9 x 13-inch dish.
Brown sausage and drain.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Lay bread down in dish. Put sausage over, then cheese and pour egg mixture over.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Yields 6 servings.
