Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 9 to 12 slices bread, 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 lb. sausage and 12 to 18 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with Pam.
Cut ends off bread.
Use as many slices as it takes to cover bottom of casserole dish (can go up the sides).
Place bread very close together in bottom of dish.
Crumble uncooked sausage over bread.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Beat eggs and pour over cheese.
Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
In morning, uncover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until eggs are done in center of dish.
