Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 2 c. milk, 6 slices white bread, 6 eggs and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown sausage; drain well.
Remove crusts from bread.
Cut bread into cubes.
Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and mustard. Cover bottom of a well-greased 2-quart casserole dish with bread cubes.
Pour eggs over cubes and layer with sausage and then grated cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake next morning at 350Β° for 1 hour.
