Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 slices bread, 8 slices ham, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded chicken, 3 c. milk and 8 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with 8 slices of bread.
Cover with ham and cheese; add a layer of 8 more slices of bread.
Mix together in bowl, the eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
Pour this over the bread layer.
Set in refrigerator for 5 hours.
Mix 1 cup cornflakes with 1/2 cup melted butter.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
