Breakfast Burritos
Breakfast Burritos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 flour tortillas, 12 to 15 eggs, 1 lb. sausage, 1/4 c. jalapeños, diced (optional) and 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown sausage; crumble, drain and set aside.
Stir together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper until beaten well enough for scrambling.
Stir in jalapeños and sausage.
Spray skillet with Pam; cook just as you would scrambled eggs.
Lay flour tortilla flat; fill with a spoonful or two of egg mixture.
Add a spoonful of Cheddar cheese; roll up in tortilla shell.
These may be heated in microwave, one or two at a time, for a few seconds or until cheese melts.
Serve with salsa on top, if desired.
You may halve this recipe, if you wish.
Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container.
