Breakfast Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 6 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown sausage and drain excess fat.
Allow to cool.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Add bread cubes and mix until bread is moistened.
Add cheese, sausage and mushrooms; stir.
Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
At this point casserole can be refrigerated overnight.
When ready to bake, cook in a preheated 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
