Breakfast Brunch
Breakfast Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 6 to 8 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage and drain. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread cubes. Top with sausage.
Pour egg mixture over top of sausage.
Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake the next morning at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with fruit slices and/or coffee cake.
