Breakfast Brunch
Breakfast Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls, 2 c. grated mozzarella cheese, 4 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage.
Drain well.
Line a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls.
Press edges together.
Sprinkle with sausage and Mozzarella cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and beat well.
Pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
Put back in oven for 5 minutes.
