Breakfast Biscuits
Breakfast Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can refrigerated buttermilk or flaky biscuits, 4 eggs, beaten, 4 oz. cocktail-sized smoked sausages (about 13), cut into small pieces and 2/3 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray 12 muffin cups with Pam or line with foil baking cups and spray with Pam.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
Place 1 biscuit in each sprayed cup; firmly press in bottom and up sides.
Heat large nonstick skillet; spray with Pam or use oleo.
Add eggs; cook until almost set, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sausage pieces.
Divide egg mixture evenly into dough-lined cups.
Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are lightly brown.
