Cook sausage; drain.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted over low heat.
Cut crust off of bread.
Put about a tbsp or a little more down the center of a slice of bread.
Fold and wrap with bacon.
Place on a broiler pan and put in a preheated 350Β° oven for about 30 min. or until golden brown.
