Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Pour eggs into small bowl; gradually beat in sugar until mixture is light, about 2 minutes.
Add vanilla.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 35 minutes or until edges pull away from pan.
Cut in 24 squares.
