Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 doz. eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk, 9 slices white bread, broken up (crusts off), 5 lb. sausage and 4 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown sausage, break up and drain. Beat eggs and milk well. Break up and drop into egg mixture.
Add grated cheese and crumbled sausage.
Pour into greased pans and refrigerate. Take out of refrigerator ahead of cooking if you want it to cook quicker.
Serves 20. Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
